Returns Policy

Items may be returned for credit (unless otherwise specified by Grey House Publishing) within 30 days of the date of purchase should they meet the following conditions:

• Documentation (packing slip or invoice) must accompany all returns.
• All books must be in resalable (mint) condition, meaning they may not have:
All products must be returned in the original packaging (whenever possible) to ensure a full credit.

Books must be returned by the customer.

No refunds will be given for a return unless otherwise specified by Grey House Publishing.

All post on sale returns is to be paid for by the customer unless otherwise specified by Grey House Publishing.

Customers who have purchased merchandise through a third party vendor, such as EBSCO, Coutts Information Services, or other, must contact their point of purchase to make arrangements for a credit or refund and to confirm how and where they should return any print products.

Customers who have purchased a print product from our website must contact us for information on their individual purchase; we have the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

Price Adjustments:

Grey House Publishing will gladly provide a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of your order. You must contact us via phone at 1.866.433.4739 or send us an e-mail at info@greyhouse.ca within the 14-day window. The difference will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Items originally purchased with a discount code or discount offer are not eligible for price adjustment.

Trial Returns:

To request a free return waybill for your trial return, please visit our return request page and complete the necessary form. A prepaid UPS return waybill will be sent to the email address provided within 48 hours (on weekdays). Simply affix the included prepaid return label to your securely repackaged book and call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a pick up time.

For replacement return waybills, please contact us at info@greyhouse.ca with details about the items that you need to return and the invoice number. We will gladly send you a label via e-mail shortly after. No trial return will be accepted past 60 days of the delivery date. If a trial book is not returned within 60 days of your delivery date, your notice will become payable.

If you are returning a trial book from a PO Box, we ask that you please send it with Canada Post Pay On Delivery; if this is not an option, you are responsible for paying for the return and sending us an invoice for the return cost amount (accompanied by proof of the cost).

Disclaimer:

UPS shipments take approximately 2 to 9 business days to reach our distribution centre. Please note, no invoice or notice will be cancelled until the returned book has been logged at our location. We will not contact you to let you know that a trial or sale has been returned unless you have requested that we do so.
